Interdimension

Photography

Buildings and architectures create physical space which we travel through every day, but they are also complex structures of lines and forms that make and break visual space. Through perspective and natural chiaroscuro lighting, I search for these dramatic scenes hidden around us, where people’s day-to-day interactions with the architectural space become extraordinary journeys across unknown dimensions.

This series explores dimensionality and architectural space, as well as the element of surrealism hidden in plain sight. Through this series, I also attempt to challenge the way we perceive architectural space, and how photography as a two-dimensional art form represents three-dimensional reality. Photographs are taken at various locations, from 2016 to 2019.
